Ok..i been hearin tons... of pros n cons about both, can ya'll help me out here....

B18 or a B16 head for my B20 Block?

umm, thas a pretty broad question, you mean b16 head or gsr head, or what, there are many differant b18s. but the answer is simple really. if you dont plan to boost and arent worried about leaks go w/ any of the dohc vtec heads, if not dont even swap it, if you are talking LS head just swap the cams the head casting of the LS and b20 are the same.
