Default b20 v-tec which head

I have a 91 crx si and I was wondering about a hybrid motor I have heard of b16, b18 head swaps but i want a 2.0L daily driver with v-tec.

YOU CAN USE EITHERE THE B16 OR GSR HEAD, IF YOU HAVE ACCESS TO BOTH I RECC. THE GSR FOR MANY REASONS...

either/or. I'd go with a B16 head just out of preferance.

if im not mistaken the b16 head bumps compression a little bit more than the b18

Nope that's the B18 head that does that.

the b18 head bumps CR up .2 it also has different port angles that stock to stock out perform the b16 head on the dyno

but what about room under hood would i have to remove a/c or relocate battery. also what about weight over stock d16.

b18 i would go with and did go with
b16 is so much cheaper it might be worth it and theres the debate on better flow on the b16 head

...i would go with a b16 head. i watched this best motoring vid that had a b20 block with a b16 head and it had the norm i/h/e and was hittin 170 no prob. thats what im gna build for the project im gna start next yr.

not trying to say that the b18 is not good, its just something to look at

agreed when you fully build the head they are the same but stock to stock i favor the GSR ... just an opinion from numerous dyno tests, flow #S are cool to look at but in the end we all want HP

I would go with GSR head. Many reasons for this choice, there are many articles about this in the archived threads!
