you would need to wire up teh egr system and wire up the wideband o2 sensor. I beleive the o2 sensor it self has 5 wires, rather than 4 wires, which slightly changes the pinouts.
as far as getting it into the car it will bolt in like stock. you need to get a civic manual with wiring diagrams and comapre teh vx to ex, and you will need to get teh egr control solenoid and wire that in, usually it is firewall mounted.

Re: (v4lu3s)
what if i took the header off my d16z6 and bolted it up to the d15z1? would that work, or would change the readings my ecu is getting for that engine? Im guessing that doing that would possibly make my car run like crap. how about the d16z6 ecu, can i use that on the d15z1 engine?

You don't run a P28 ECU with a D15Z1. VTEC-E is physically completely different from VTEC. If you actually enjoy running 1 intake valve until 4800RPM then go right ahead, but rather than halfassing this swap, I would recommend you spend the couple hundred dollars for a Z6 longblock. Or, if you have a good Z6 head, swap it onto the Z1 block.
