Default B16B NOT PASSING NYS INSPECTION HELP

So I swapped a OBD2A B16B full swap into an OBD2B 2000 EX. I put a 99-00 si harness and ecu (P2T). I put a new oil pump with crank sensor. There are no CEL. Can someone please help me figure out why my car isnít passing NYS inspection. Im so confused

Do they not tell you what is failing the inspection so you know what needs to be fixed?

No. They arenít telling me why itís failing. Before I put the crank sensor the CEL was in so it failed because of that. But a mechanic had told me that it was my ecu that needed to be switched. What other ECU can I run. Will a OBD2B Integra GSR ECU work?

This is bullshit, they ALWAYS tell you what you failed at. Did you go through the drive cycles to get the dtcs in 'ready' status? Do you have an obd2 scanner to tell if its ready?
