b16a (SiR II) into eg cx questions
Ok first of all I have an eg model cx and I plan to swap a b16a into it. I've been searching online and I just want to clarify somethings.
1)What axles will I have to use and is there any special modification needed?
2)I know I will have to wire vtec into the ecu. Is there a link with pictures that shows you how?
3)Will the exhaust fit right up to the engine or not? I have heard different things.
Thanks.

iv heard to use 94-00 integra axles. i actually need to replace the ones in my 92 si b20vtech. i got my car with the swap and dont know what they used. for the ecu. dont you have a p30? if not, get one! then you dont need to add any wires. the exhaust should be fine.

Axles, 94-01 Integra (You also need to change the half shaft to a 94-01)
If you have a 1992 civic then the chassis harness is already wired for V-TEC all you need to run is a knock sensor wire, and get a single cam V-TEC engine harness. As for the computer you need a 1995 Del Sol V-TEC Computer, P30 is the code on the computer. If the motor is obd0 you will need to get a thermostat housing off a 94-01 Integra, and obd1 injectors, and a obd1 distributor. You can use your stock civic mounts if you want to or you can buy a set.
And no the exhaust will not bolt up, you need a test pipe 94-01 Integra, or the Omni power test pipe, it's like $90.00 dollars on Ebay.

Re: b16a (SiR II) into eg cx questions
ok and I'm buying a b16a 92-95 spec so its obd1. That should just match right up to the chassis harness. So all I really have to do is get 94-01 integra axles and also change the half shaft. Oh ya and run a knock sensor. Is that it or is there more wires?
