eg axles other ???????s
will integra b series axles work in 94 hb b16 about vtec can i use my 95 ex civic wiring harnes so i dont have to worry about vtec or do i have to wire vtec in the 94 hb wiring harness

Yes on the axles. You can use the EX harness, but you'll still need to wire VTEC from the shock tower plug to the ECU; basically it will only be wired half way. Only '92-'95 Civics that came stock with VTEC engines, and all '92 Civics came pre-wired for VTEC from that connector to the ECU. Since your car is a '94, and I'm assuming didn't come with a VTEC engine, you will need to wire it.
