Default are aftermarket upper control arms directional?

bought a set of aftermarket upper control arms. they look identical, but was wondering if they are directional or not?

Thank you. I wasn't about to jack up the car and swap them. The older I get the lazier I become. Lol!

New lower ball joints, inner/outer tie rods, new axles, new brake rotors calipers and pads, clutch and flywhee.

Whom ever is going to do your alignment is going to curse you. The adjustment screws are on top, impossible to get to when setting alignment.

Horrible design.

The good design ones the locking screws are underneath the ball joint plate, not on top.
