Does your condenser fan turn on when your A/C is on? If it doesnt't that is the culprit. I had an issue with my civic hatch which blew hot air on normal roads. But on the highway it would blow cold air. And it was the condenser fan that went out. Wouldn't hurt to check yours.

If the condenser fan runs, then hook up a manifold gauge set and measure the low and high side pressures. You may have overcharged the system.
