ABS Standard?
I am new to this website. I am thinking of getting a Honda Civic EX and was wondering somet things about it. THe main thing i wanted to know is, is it hard to find a civic ex(years 96-00) with abs and a stick shift? That is one of the main things i want in the car. MY nissan altima was totaled a few days ago(it isnt offically totaled but it will be) so i was thinking of a civic now wit ha 5spd. any info on the abs would be a great help, thanks

It's not hard to find one at all. You just have to look around and be very specific with your questions. ABS was extremely common among the EX's, but still was only an option.

Re: (Kendall)
I think he is going to find it extremely hard to find a EX with ABS, with as many Civics as I have seen there don't seem to be too many of them with ABS. There are some people who just happen to be the exception.

Re: (INVALID)
I have to agree with INVALID on this one. My civic does not have ABS, and no one that I know that owns a 96-00 EX (except 4 dr.) has ABS either. Correct me if I am wrong, but I think the foedoe s commonly had ABS? Good luck!
