Hello Honda-Tech,
I recently added a new car to my collection that was someone's failed project. I am quickly learning that I am probably in over my head.

Information on the car:
1998 Honda Civic Ex, b18b1 obd1 motor swap, I was told (manual 98 ex wiring harness was used) and injectors, alternator, distributor, were converted to obd1. I am jumping the engine harness with a obd2a to obd1 harness and I have two ecu's i have been trying which are a Pr4 ecu and a P06 ecu.

Problems with the car:
I received the car in a state where the car would crank but it wasn't getting fuel or spark. I have sanded down all mounting points in the bay and tightened them down. Especially the one on the t-stat. I have checked all fuses under the hood and under the dash. I have a weird condition under the dash where fuses 20-22, and 29-32 are not getting power while the car is turned to the on position. I think this may be the start of my problems.

The ECU is not getting power which would indicate the main relay is out. I have tested the main relay with a multimeter and it is good. I am not getting power to the main relay which is the problem.

I am not sure what is wrong with the fuse box under the dash or why the fuel main relay is not getting power. All fuses under the hood are getting power and most of the fuses under the dash are but not the ones i mentioned before. Car has no headlights, tail lights, hazard lights, and cel does not come on at all. Windows/sunroof works.

I am lost please help me Honda-Tech!!
