Default OBD2A engine into OBD2B car and OBD1 ecu

Okay, I have a problem here...

We are currently doing an EK4 B16A swap on a 99 civic EX using an OBD1 ecu.

I have one OBD2A to OBD1 harness adaptor, and the 3 plugs that come from the engine harness, plug fine in the ecu.

BUT, there is another "A" conector that comes from the CAR harness, that I have no idea what to do with it.

Apperently it controls car functions, like AC, O2 heater, etc. Now, is there any adaptor to run this on a OBD2A engine, or I will have to wire it manually?

thanks

if the vehicle is obd2b and ur coverting to obd1 don't you need an obd2b to obd1? I did the same thing, I only had 3 plugs.
