Alright 97 civic hx turbo swapped a y8 into it. I finally got it together, turbo ed on p28 crome. I got a check engine light on, and it idles like ****, its around 200-300k below 1k. Engine harness may not be plugged up right I'm not too sure. Other weird things are if you put it in neutral while driving it will either die or it will show a oil and battery light or both.

any suggestion, yes its screwed up after the swap.

IF YOUR CHECK ENGINE LIGHT IS ON CHECK THE CODES AND REPORT TO US WHAT CODES THEY ARE. then we can help you! the check engine light does not come on for shyts and gigglez

10 and 14 is what I got, where do you hook them up at?

then down by ur ecu under the kick pannel there is a small green rubber plug over a connector. take it out of the rubber boot and jump the connector with a paper clip and read ur check engine light. long flashes = 10 short /flashes= 1. example if u see blinnnnnnk blinnnnnnk blink blink blink
thats 23... make sure to read them all. ur running a obd1 ecu u can not use a scan tool to retrieve codes. only obd2 ecus can use the data port

sounds like your having a problem with your dizzy are one of your cel's TDC by chance?

the other stuff, the idle especially sounds like you really need to take that thing to dyno.. dont be boosting without a good tune on it

10-14, can anybody show me a picture where these go? Both of mine have connectors missing off the harness :/
