97' Civic Check Engine Light

My check engine light is on and I want to know how to turn it off. I've already had a diagnostic test that said my 2nd and 4th cyl. were misfiring but they aren't. I'm wanting to know if I can do this myself? Can anybody help?

do a search---I believe there is a tsb or recall from honda
