hi there I was putting a short shifter in my car and when I was swapping the bushing in the bell housing of the trans when I pulled the bolt out tranny fluid came pouring out.. can anyone help me with any solutions?

Best if you see if the hole goes all the way through the tranny, if it does you are "EFF YOU SEE KAY EE DEE".

I shined a flash light in there after I drained the tranny fluid and I can't see through it

It's just probably oil that's been posted there due to some leakage from somewhere on top if you can't see thru it.

I want to believe that but I feel like there was a whole qt or more of tranny fluid that came out
