96 sedan passenger window not moving

96 sedan passenger window not moving
every other window on my car rolls up and down fine but the passenger window will not budge, I took the motor out and tested with a battery and ground and it rolls up and down with ease. I plugged the motor back in, and stripped the blue/red and blue/white and tested with a test light and they work properly. I believe it has something to do with a ground but I am unsure. Any help is appreciated thanks in advance
