Default 96 ek no start..

Ive been meassing with this car.. no start condition.. maybe someone can shed some new ideas.
ive checked for fuel pressure - has plenty
checked for spark, has spark.
no clogs in the intake tube or manifold
timing belt is dead on
dizzy timing points to num 1 cylinder when crank is as tdc.
plug wires are installed correct, firing order is correct.
engine grounds are good, no resistance.
ecu grounds also good with no resistance
battery is fully charged
crank flucuation sensor is hooked up.
no check engine light or pending codes.
i havent checked compression yet, will do tonight or tomortow morning. but it cranks over like it has compression. no freewheeling so to say.
main relay is operational.. swapped it into my ek to test, works fine.
also swapped the dizzy incase the coil or ignitor was bad.. also swapped the ecu to no success.. had parts laying around lol..
if u have any othet ideas, please post

def try the compression test. cars can "sound" fine but are crap..(mine was like that)
did you try a dif ecu... like an ecu with a dif code ie...if you have a p72 try a p06., i knwo your obd2a but you know what i mean.

you got a potato in the muffler?
try rolling to start it.

What color is spark?

Similar to what has already been mentioned above, check whether the fuel injectors have battery voltage, compression test the cylinders, and try a known good ECU.

Spark is white..
Injectors have 12 volts
I have no access to a noid light.. but duty cycle was 95% when cranking
Compression tested.. 180psi cyl 1, 2, 4.. 185 cyl 3.. good
Doesnt start with starting fluid..
Its a D15B dual stage vtec.. obd2.
All grounds (transmission, thermostat, batt neg to chassis) have 0 ohms.
Map and tps sensors are getting 5 volt ref. tps is 0.5v at idle 4.5v at wot.. (shouldnt matter where tps is.. it should still start.. but i check anyways)
Ive swapped out any and every part/sensor to no luck.
Maybe its something stupid like the exhaust or cat is completely blocked.. food for thought.

This thing is starting to give me nightmares.. =(
