96 civic B16 Auto swap prob.
I have a JDM OBD2 B16 with the JDM B automatic. It is going into a 96 EX civic that is auto. The stock ECU that came out of the car uses all four plugs unlike a 5-spd that only uses 3 of the four. The B16 JDM ECU that came with the motor only has prongs in three of the four slots. I want to know is there a harness adaptor or maybe another Auto ECU that will run both the ODB2 B16 and the Auto tranny? The Trans control wires on the JDM harness run to the shock tower plugs then into the car but the USDM harness doesn’t have those wires because it goes to the ECU harness plug. Can I make this work?

I have yet to anyone able to get a B-series automatic swap work properly in a 6th gen civic. See the following link for more details as to why. https://honda-tech.com/forums/honda-civic-del-sol-1992-2000-1/honda-gsr-swap-getting-pita-2364737/
Pick up a 5 speed B16 tranny (you can use an LS or GS-R tranny if you're low on funds) and swap the chassis to manual.
