I turn the car on, it idles around 2100rpm's and eventually after warming up it drops to about 1200-1300rpm's. It has a horrible rough idle, it seems lumpy, powerless and hesitates when driving up until about 4krpm's then seems better. Sometimes if I floor it white smokes comes out of the exhaust but nothing else. It reminds me if you were to swap the plug wires out of order and try to drive it.. although the firing order is correct.

clips are all plugged in to the correct sensors. It throws a code if I swap/remove them etc.

Look at what I've attached, please READ it thoroughly. It's a PDF file for troubleshooting. Sounds like an Idle Control Valve issue. I'll be waiting on the video. Let us know your results. Good Luck.

Sorry the vid wasn't so great, can not hear the erratic idling or anything.

I'll check out the .pdf you attached as well. Timing is dead on, firing order is right, new plugs and etc as mentioned.

Already messed with the iacv and nothing has changed. Might try and bleed the coolant system? besides this I'm stumped!
