92 dx sedan- obd2 ls swap
like title says i got a 92 civic dx sedan for free, but blown up.
found an 98 ls integra wrecked for a good price, i pulled the motors out of both in dropped the ls in the civic and bolted all the mounts up and axles and everything went in fine.
i dont have a tps plug on the civic harness that goes to the sensor on the top of the throttle body, or the air intake temp sensor on the intake manifold, so neither were hooked up and i tried to start it with a gsr ecu and a modified to fit obd1 dizzy.
it caught for a second when i first tried starting it and after that i had no spark.
i pulled the distributer cap off and tested to see if i had power going to the coil and i did not.
any suggestions?

Re: 92 dx sedan- obd2 ls swap
well i swapped the obd2 engine harness into the shock towers and it all plugged up fine but still wont start.
so i have the odb2 engine, and engine harness, with obd1 car ,ecu, shock tower harnesses.
every bit of research i have read says if i do what i already did it should fire right up.
IT WONT!!!!
i believe i will have to do some pin changing to the ecu for some sensors, can anyone help me with this please?

Do you still lack spark?
Is the important ground wire on the thermostat housing connected, clean and tight?
Is the fuel pump priming?

your wiring should be fine. maybe a dizzy problem or fuel injector wires might be on the wrong one. grounds too like said above.

ground on thermostat housing is great and tight.
getting a really really good spark.
i can hear the fuel pump prime the whole system.
i can hear it going through the fuel rail and everything.

check if the Injector wires are in the wrong order somehow. my friends b16 we took apart and didnt label anything and it wouldnt start, it would be like so close but never made it. we switched the wires around and it started perfect and runs great now.
