Default 92 Civic - fuel pump won't prime and no spark after wire tuck

Hey everyone, its been awhile since ive been on Honda-tech but i wanted to return again to this site for help. Ive been messing with civics for 8 years. Recently i developed an issue with my 92 hatch. I installed a rywire obd1 tucked engine harness. I ran it through the ac hole in the fire wall for initial start up. Everything ran fine. A couple weeks later i wanted to perform my engine bay tuck and removed the dash and heater core to run the harness through the heater core hole. Now with everything plugged in, the car wont turn on the fuel pump or ignition in the dizzy. My guess is i pulled a wire somewhere in the ignition area.

My checks so far: 1.) fuel pump turns on with direct power. its a 2 month old walbro
2.) fuel pump relay has been replaced...didn't help
3.) all fuses in under dash box have been checked
4.) dash lights turn on but nothing more
5.) saw the thread on here about ignition switch issues...but how does one check to see if its bad

Concerns: 1.) when i pulled the rywire harness plugs through the hole in the fire wall...i chopped off the cap plugs with the yellow and black wires..assuming thats for srs? which i took out

2.) under hood fuse box is now inside car as part of tuck...does this need a proper ground to the chasis...its zip tied to the wall

3.) I hooked up the 2 wires to the ecu and rywire harness

4.) Friend thinks icm in dizzy may be bad
Please can anyone help? ive been going through this for weeks...no luck...might have missed something

I think its the ground to the fuse box. Look on a stock honda...see the massive wire coming out of it and grounding the car. If you take this off the power has nowhere to go. Im sdurprised your arent blowing the backup and ecu fuse under hood which is what used to happen to me. I would start out with proper grounds check and then check the fuel pump wiring.

Check whether 15A hood fuse 31 or 15A dash fuse 24 is blown.

Why would just bump the thread without checking like you posted?

Go check and then add in what you found.. then that will be your bump.

How did you test them? Did both installed fuses have battery voltage on both top test tabs? Click the Fuses link in my signature.

i cut the big capped plug that is all yellow and black wires on the passenger side. Its the one on the rywire harness. Its the one with no connectors and is capped. I cut it to feed it back through the fire wall hole

You need to provide some basic troubleshooting information. Don't make members work with the most minimal information. Otherwise, your thread will go nowhere.

It should take you about 5 minutes to check for voltage at both top test tabs of 15A hood fuse 31 and 15A dash fuse 24.

Have you actually tested for spark at the plugs?

Is the ground wire (G101) on the thermostat housing clean and tight?

i cut the big capped plug that is all yellow and black wires on the passenger side.
Post a picture of this^ connector and its wires.

online the passenger side shock tower there is those 3 plugs...one of them has about 10 or so black and yellow wires with a cap inside the connector. As soon as i get a chance i will take a pic and upload it
