I did this swap too.....except mines was a 93 b18a1....yours should be a b18a1 also...but yeah your gonna need a hydro tranny....the shift linkage should bolt up.....you can use your stock wire harness just do a lil modifications......and probably use a p75 ecu(obd 1 LS).....and everything should be cool...

Re: 91 LS swap into eg coupe
Do yourself a huge favor and sell the swap to an EF guy and get something else.
You will need, an OBD1 distributor and injectors, i've been told OBD0 and OBD1 alternators use the same plug. You will need to get a '92 - '95 LS ECU you will need a '94 - '01 rear T bracket and lower transmission bracket, you will need an aftermarket upper transmission mount (and since your vehicle was originally an automatic you will need to cut the passenger's side pocket mount off the frame rail and weld on the manual version. you will need to get a conversion kit to convert the hydraulic clutch setup to cable at the transmission, you may also be able to get away with using an entire '90 - '93 integra clutch pedal and cable.
You would be much better of to get a '94 - '95 B18B1 complete swap which will bolt in, the only thing you will need to get is an aftermarket auto to manual conversion mount so you don't have to cut and weld. '96 - '01 will work fine too as long as you use a '96 - '01 USDM integra engine harness and an OBD1 ECU.
