3 wire IACV

3 wire IACV
Hello All,
Sorry for another IACV question but I am truly stumped. First a little background, I bought a 2000 Honda civic that I thought had a misfire problem at 1500 rpm (ran great above that so I bought it) Turns out the guy had done a engine swap but bought a DY16y7 and put the intake from the original engine on it which is where the problems started. Since the original engine had a vtec It was constantly throwing this error but I found out that you should be able to replace the throttle body with the correct one for the d16y7 and use the 3 wire IACV without issue. So I bought this computer in the 2nd picture below, My first question is is this the right computer? its a p2E-A01 the Car is a manual 5 speed. If this is the right computer then I would like to move onto the pinout from it, since the guy that had the car before me just cut the wires going to the IACV I am really struggling to get it hooked back up correctly. I am just using speaker wire on the outside of the car to hook it up until I get it working right so that its easy to modify. If you look at the picture below you will see that is calls out that you use the three pin out locations in green but I cannot get it to clear the computer fault no matter what I do. One other thing to mention here is I thought that the IACV was bad when i bought the new throttle body so I replaced that with a new one as well and it will move when hooked up directly to the car battery. Could someone also please help me with which color wire is each (IACV,IACVN,IACVP).
Is there a way to test the computer to see if I possibly just bought a defective one?
Thank you in advance!
