from who? how big is a 14b? I run a T3/T04E .63 AR Outlet, .52 AR Exhaust.
Anything bigger than that and it takes forever to spool unless your FULLY BUILT. Mine is a fluid bearing and I spool it by 4k.

14Bs are good but will top out when you want more boost. 60 trim or 57 would be good for more boost. my friend has a 14b turbo and hes topped out at 17lbs of boost with no waste gate..wont go any more than that. so it depends on your plans. ask specific questions

i have a built gsr motor with low comp. and stg1 cams
i have a turbonbetics .57cold side. 52. hot side. and it spools super quick i get a full10lbs at 37oorpm.
so on any i guess i wouldnt ever have anything smaller than a 57 trim

If you want to ask a legit question about the pros and cons of each turbo vs the other, you should state your intent, goals, setup and so forth. We can't help you unless you give information to work with. Also, post this in Forced Induction...you'll get better results
