all of the 96-00 civics except for the Si's dont have the holes for the strut bar...you'll have to drill the holes...i've got a stock gsr strut bar but still need to drill my holes in my 99 civic Ex....

i belive you have to drill 2 small holes (u can see them marked on the metal where there sposed to go) and put 2 bolts in to mount it. But yes it should fit.
