Default y8 maniswap to d17a2 dyno test?

so I tried looking around to see if any one has actual proof of how much (if any) power gains a y8 manifold swap does ?? y8 to d17a2... if there is a thread please let me know if any one has tested it before id like to know. sorry if im bringing up a topic that has already been discussed.

I recall seeing a dyno sheet ages ago. No idea where to find it now. But I think they registered performance losses in some areas, and only a minor gain (less than 5whp) in other areas. And that was after using K-Pro and tuning. The only viable reason for swapping to a Y8 manifold, is if you're planning to run higher boost on a turbo.
