How much differance is the Y8, compaired to the Skunk and the Edelbrock. I read alot about the Skunk being compaired to the Y8? So if you don't get much gains from the Y8. Then why get the Skunk?

If I would go aftermarket, id pick the Edelbrock. There are locations for a second set of injectors giving you more options if one would decide to go turbo.

Re: y8 manifold on z6? (civic-4-ges)
the skunk manifold has straighter runners than the y8. im also thinking about a intake manifold swap for my z6 and what ive found is that gains are rather minimal, especially w/just bolt-ons, and they occur at real high rpm, which is rather unuseable for daily and even moderate street driving. there are alot of threads goin on now regarding d series manifolds, and that is what ive gathered from them so far. just my opinion.. also- the edelbrock manifold is for the y8 i believe, and it has an angled plenum where the throttle body bolts up, causing you to modify any cold air intake that you would want to bolt up to it to make it fit
