Beeping noise, seatbelt ON

its the seatbelt noise...

always have my seatbelt on, and the seatbelt light functions properly
noise comes and goes (1min. intervals)

help!! TIA

just unplug it from under the seat... it should be a gray 2 wire plug...

And, it's a three wire plug (not just two). There are two seperate connections inside the buckle. Why, I don't quite understand. I would like to know.
