Default 2004 honda accord wont start, not battery problem.

My 2004 honda accord started when i went to work, started when i went to lunch, wouldnt start when i got off work. I just put a new battery in 4 weeks ago. It wont start even when jumped. what the heck. It will be fine for days then just start messing up. Someone please give me some advice. We checked connections and got alternator and starter checked and they were fine.

What does it do when you try to start it? Does it crank over?
