Default 2005 Accord Intermittent starting problems-getting worse

Recently my 2005 Accord has been slow to turn over. It originally did not happen every time but was intermittent and very random. I brought it to Honda and they were unable to locate a problem. They said my battery and alternator were fine. Today I went out and the car was completely dead. I waited one minute and tried to start it again. This time it was very slow to turn over and still would not start after giving the clicking sound like a dead battery. I waited another minute and tried to start it again, it was again slow but started. I'm not a brain wizard on cars so I'm wondering how it's possible that the car went from not starting at all to starting slowly after waiting a few minutes.

You don't by any chance have an aftermarket remote start in your car?
