2004 Honda Accord new A/C compressor charging problems
When charging the A/C system I start losing freon out through the compressor relief valve on a new compressor. My low side is at 32 and the high side is at 150 when it starts dumping freon and still lacking about 3oz of freon to complete the charge. I added about 3.5 ounces of oil to the compressor and hand turned it about 15 times prior to vacuuming and charging the system.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

If you are certain you are losing it from the high pressure relief, replace the compressor, again.
Make sure that that is where it is leaking from. Not replacing the O-rings with the proper size can also cause problems, most replacement parts just throw whatever O-rings they want in the box, regardless if they fit correctly or not.
What required the compressor to be replaced initially. There may be an underlying problem that needs to be identified and dealt with.
