About a year ago A/C performance deteriorated noticeably and whistling noise in evaporator . Using a Snap On recovery and servicing unit I found both high and low pressures low. (120/20). I found that the receiver drier desiccant had ruptured. I remove the R/D and back blew the condenser with nitrogen. Seemed to be clear. Installed new R/D, Charged with 19 ounces, Pressures the same. I have replaced the Evaporator, condenser, expansion valve, and recently the compressor and blew out all lines with nitrogen. Pressures still 120/20. Stymied! Any ideas? Also I've used 3 different Snap on machines. All with the same results

so you're saying it has low pressure? did you rule out a bad compressor? or maybe compressor is plugged up? maybe try blowing out the compressor if you can and change fluid
