Been checkin out this thread for a while, but havn't posted mine. When i finally made up my mind to buy a DC, i also made up my mind not to get a Teal or Red one. I picked up mine and had plans to paint it, but like most people the Paradise blue green grew on me, and now i love it .

Thats me in front, and my buddy behind me ready to line up at the track.
My plans were to keep it looking as stock as possible, the only thing that gives it away is my open downpipe while im driving "UNDER B00ST"

I ran the Celica GTS w/ Greddy Supercharger ... Lets just say he left right after running me.

Yea traction is a major problem from a dig.

I placed a bunch of hard rubber spacers in between the coils my rear springs, it helped prevent some squatting, but yea it sucks i gotta look into some suspension upgrades. anyone got some good adjustables

Seems like you've been pretty unhappy with your ride, and you've been a member since 03? Judging from what your saying, you havent even gone forced induction yet... correct me if I'm wrong. Stop wasting your time around here bro... "All show, no go"?!?!... even back in 95 that was lame. IMO, you're in the wrong forum, cause it's suppose to be "Tech" driven. i wasn't expecting to get flamed.

if you want to start flaming on "lowriderz", i would think krazyteg would come before me...(nothing against you krazyteg, just making a point)

I love both your cars, nothing wrong with getting a car and not wanting to track it. its called a daily driver, its not normal to track a daily driver and frankly, I dont know if Id want to FI a DD thats not already got a turbo or charger.

haha. to each his own, right?

i've never really thought of my car as slammed either. i'd rather my car rode a bit higher in the front so i dont have to worry about every little curb or speed bump. i think i'm just bored with my car. i thought about selling it, but i know i'd regret it. i was thinking about trading my wheels for some sort of 15" wheels...idk...we'll see.

i really want to get hand controls for my car, especially since i haven't driven it in 2.5 years, but with school getting close to starting...i wont have time for it. it really needs a garage spot...

nice, i usually pull a 2.2 60ft, but my best with Mud/Snow/street tires and stock suspension was 2.18 60ft* Correction*

Next time i go to the track im going to try to actually launch in boost and lower my pressure more. I have no launch control, just the old school throttle/e-brake/pre-load.

Don't feel offended guys. Do what you like cause they're your cars. Dump the sh*t out of them and keep dodging those pebbles. The End.

yeah i dont use launch control on street tires either...my 2 step is at 7k for slicks...i dont launch in boost on street tires anyway...i dont preload either...atleast not on steet tires....i just slip the clutch a bit off the line and onl give it about 1/2 throttle in 1st...then bang 2nd feather the throttle untill it sticks...then im golden
