So, I've been thinking lately... I might get another teg. I'm kinda looking for another GSR in teal. I want one in great condition, meaning great body and motor. If I find one, I'm going to swap everything over to it, so then I'd have a clean bodied and hopefully great motor. Eh.. I didn't realize how hard it is to find a teal teg, let alone a GSR teal teg. I look on ebay and there is like no integra's for sale. It is one page of integras for sale (total) compared to three years ago when there was 5-6 pages of integras (total) for sale. It's crazy. I guess everyone is buying them up because they're good on gas.

When you are looking for one they dont seem to be around! hahaha Yeah i also think it is because of gas prices..i wonder if the value of them is going up??

Have to recover from all the $$ I put into the other car though then I will start to work on my teal one

KBB doesnt know what they are talking about...hahaha...my insurence gave me $6400 for my car when it was stolen and semi stripped...i only had about $1k in upgrages...and it had 140k miles.... So if they gave me that much then they must be worth more than $3k....they look at market valve too...KBB doesnt...

 

Well its good news for me when it comes time to pick up another teal gsr.

kbb doesn't take this kind of inflation into account. It's just based off avg sale prices taken in periodic intervals. EGs have gone up in value significantly....it's the same with our cars, just hard to say how much.

I've been thinking of abandoning my teal project lately, I just hate spending money on my car now. I already spent like 4g's building up my engine a couple years ago, and sold all my good parts too.

Right now it's sitting with a effed up front bumper, stock suspension, and steelies. And of course little dents, but those don't really concern me.

I have enough money to buy some coilovers, wheels, and tires. But I just hate having my car dictate my finances. I don't know, I'll probably just put on some hub caps, and keep daily driving it until I can afford the all that plus the boost setup I want.

i've had mine for 4, almost 5 years. i've thought about selling it a few times...but i know i'd regret it.
