Maybe my work monitor is ****, but the top pic looks like primer gray and the bottom pic looks white. What color is it? the car looks very good btw.

The colour changes a fair bit depending on the angle of the light. Without any clear though it pretty much just looks like primer, haha. My painter thought it was pretty funny.

agreed - color is awesome! Makes me want to get mine repainted, stock color, but i just miss a clean paint job, lol.

After owning this car since 2006, it was sold last week to a new home.

 

Long time.. I think i've had mine since 08, what made you sell?

 

Several factors really.

- Car was never really driven, was a garage queen, a good friend recently moved back in the area and needed a good car, and best of all, the garage space will be used for something betteR.

 

probably won't drive it much either. car looks the same as when you bought it

 

As long as it went to a good home. When selling these cars, its almost like you're interviewing the next caretaker.

I sold a car to someone I thought was going to take care of it and learn to do the work - he went to a local mechanic and that mechanic told him the car was a mess - didnt bother looking at all the service records, parts receipts, etc I gave him along with a manual.

Car was all stock with the minor addition of a header, exhaust, brake upgrade and a bunch of spares. He had no idea what he bought and I regret selling to him.

 

YAY!!! My dome light works again!!! Got my new window scrapers, and a new Si badge, lol.

I love ordering from Honda direct.

Soooo many parts are freaking NLA its ridiculous.

No Longer Available. Funny thing is, he collects and restores BMW E30 M3's and various other E30's and the same thing is happening to them finally - parts are becoming NLA for them as well.

Its been awhile since I have been on here. Work is very very time consuming, and demanding. I don't have time like I used to when I worked back at the body shop. Lots of dreams came true this past month. Ever since I bought my car, I always wanted to be up there with the cars, and friends I would see in Honda Tuning. Well that dream became a reality. Without my awesome friends helping while I have been away this never would of happened! Keep in mind the car isn't done in my opinion.. I honestly don't think it ever will be done. I constantly want to keep adding, and sculpting it the way I want it.

ordered a new shift-linkage to get rid of my sloppy shifting. sucks that they don't sell a replacement for that part. since i sold the turbo, Carbotech pads are coming off and will be used strictly for the track. ordered Axxis ULT pads. always liked them. last be not least, ordered Honda visor decals for my helmet. only $0.95ea from Honda, but you gotta be a HPD member to order
