Ordered Falken Azenis last night, should have them by tommorow. Then going to get my new wheels/tires mounted up, hopefully new pics in the upcoming week with new wheels
On a side note, I am pretty confirmed to be at Honda Day Atco on Sunday April 15th, leaving super early. Hotsauce you planning to go?

I don't think that's something I couldn't do. That's one of my 3 rules:
1. don't buy a car with rust
2. don't buy a car that's wire tucked
3. don't buy a car that's not turbo'd/sc'd from factory

JDMsolutions- Nice ride man.. look forward to more pictures when you finish the project. Reminds me a lot of Redzc's monster.
Love the words of wisdom BLU, TRUTH!*
-where did you pick up 2 spark covers for 10$!? plastic I assume?*
Awesome!! You'll love those Azenis.. Cant wait to see the rpf1 Azenis combo on the shoe. I have the same set-up!
Ohhh.. Atco Honda Day, Last years trip was a mess.. lets hope they improved parking and EVERY THING about that place!
I want to b/c Im shaking with anticipation for the upcoming year. Haven't put much thought into it though honestly. If my buddy is running SFWD I will 100% be there. If I get my car done soon, Ill be there.. Its a bit of a trip than Englishtown but I have a feeling Ill be ready for some racing/cars by April.
Plus... am I really gonna miss the chance to call you "c-dub" in person!!

That they are. Plumbing the fuel lines as we speak and just a couple wiring items to tidy up, as well as the hydro clutch conversion and it should be ready to rock.
Looks tough like that tai! Glad to hear its coming along. Silky Harness? more pics!?
I like the race gas sitting at the door more than the tires! haha Good tires tho!

Thanks. Silky brake lines. I'm doing the harness myself.
And good eye. VP streetblaze. May try to run E85 though after I get it up and running

Nice build.. Any reason for the added bracket on the hydro conversion? I have the same and modified mine as well... just wondering if you had it installed and had problems or if you just did it for added peace of mind.
Love the ITB's!
I see you cut the front lower support to slide the motor in easier.. I have done a fair share of swaps and always go through the top with my hoist. I dont want to go that route with my fresh bay... anyone have any tips or advice on getting the car to about 2 1/2-3feet up in the front SAFELY!? My jacks just dont go high enough.
My best idea yet is.. Order pizza, buy beer, call 3 strongest friends and feed them to lift my car up. In no particular order.

Thank you.
I read about people have issues with it flexing, so I decided better safe than sorry.
The front support was already hacked up by the previous owner so I said to hell with it and cut it out. I plan to weld in a tube to return some rigidity to the front.

IMO when building a car, putting it back on the ground is the best part. My eyes lit up when i seen that in your build lol

I heard the best way is to go through to bottom, imo getting some jack stands and a jack that will go that high is worth it. On my old ef i put in a b16 from the top and it was a pain in the ***.

I have good jacks. they just dont go up as high as needed.
I like the idea Nick.. Im guessing just be sure to put the motor between the hoist legs before you start so you dont have to lift it over. May be the safest route.
Older guy Im friends with said to do the same but lift it by one of those strut tower bars!

Yeah, it was on jack stands for the longest time. When I rolled it out on the suspension it was a great motivation.
Craziest part is, I've never driven an EF before... But boy, am I beyond stoked to drive this one.
EFS!
Been having dreams involving mine
The other night I crashed it at Carolina Motorsports park AGAIN. Lol.
Anyone planning anything fun this spring? Lets hang out

I wish I had some EF heads around here to chill with and shoot the ****.. winter sucks on Long Island, motivated to get this car together this year and not be a slacker.. Believe it or not. as corny as it is.. that stupid face book page I made is giving me a lot of motivation. Cant believe how much it has blown up.. Pretty cool to see all the EF people come crawling out the wood works!
