I lift 4 times a week and I always wear gym pants and a hooded sweater. Those other ****ers at the gym in nipple tight under-armor are pretty much under-cover-homos.

Fuuuuuuuuuuuu!!! And they leave their gym bags all over the place when there are signs that say, "no gym bags on the floor." I actually go at 10pm at night. I know that's not good, but I refuse to stand in line for equipment at 7pm.

It must be a combo of the cams and the header or something. Have you thought about a better header and "test-pipe" instead of running a cat? How is smog in your state?

i need a different header and test pipe. i know it's holding me back but i'm good for now. as far as the tq, i'll have to post the first dyno graph. did 179whp/121tq, peaking at about 8k rpm. this was before he adjusted the cam gear. after the cam gear adjustment is where my powerband shifted back and i picked up another 13lbs of tq.

The bc3's are pretty well known for being a good under the curve cam. They make great power throughout the powerband.

Keep in mind, dyno numbers are just numbers. Dynos are best for baseline pulls and comparison once changes are made. Who knows what his engine would have put out where your car was dyno'd. Regardless, there's more power to be had with a better header, no doubt.

Yea, I usually go right after work which is right around 7. I really like to go in the mornings, but that's not an option anymore with the work schedule I have now.

New guy-What car did your steelies come from?I have a set of 15" steelies that I've been trying to figure out what car they came from...
