Ok painted bumper support and mocked up intercooler (bumper isnt bolted down and stick out cause intercooler isnt fully installed. But u get the idea

idk i added 3 3/16 washers on the inner headlgiht bolts to space them down and it worked mint. plus i pushed the hood back as far as it could go.

I've got a problem guys.
The aluminum mount on the slider track for the sunroof on my 91 Si is stripped out so the bolt vibrates out, causing the roof not to open or close properly. Anyone know of a fix for this? I'm thinking of putting JB weld in there or all over the bolt threads to try and seal it down in there. I can't think of anything else to do. I cant weld the roof to the thing because its aluminum. I could try to put some aluminum weld in there and retap it, but it would most likely come back out off-center...
