Hatchmo, and I are in Ohio. Does that count?

Also Hatchmo, when I do your swap I will cut and weld like John did. It makes for a much cleaner install IMHO. I know the guys rocking the Karcepts stuff, have issues getting into reverse. At least Chris did. Custom Fabrication FTW!!!

Yeah, most auto-xers, run ridiculously wide tires, it is function over fashion. I'm sure if they could fit a 335-50-14 they would.

panas &gt; 13" CF48s anyday

14 or 15" CF48s, thats a different story. With 13's you limit your brake size...

Karcepts is a total waste of $150. Anyone with two hands could make a similar kit. I'm going to mount my shifter box right on top of the tunnel. I want is as close to the steering wheel as possible. Besides, Karcepts is mainly so you can run the console. The dash (gutted, btw) will be the only interior panel reinstalled.

Same here. I drove mine about 1/2 mile home, then tore it down.

Auto-x or not, they are not properly sized. You could tuck most of that in the fender well and retain the same function.

There aren't many down here either (OK). Not even riced out EFs. There are a few stockers, but very rarely a clean one. At least I'll be original.

The new Avid stuff looks exactly like hasport for half the price from jdmcars.com on here. I just bought a set with hydro conversion for $275 shipped. In a month when I install my built ls I'll tel you about fitment issues if any...

I love the hasports I have right now...valve cover rubs the hood liner though.</TD></TR></TABLE>

have you done a quick search on those Avid mounts??

I was offered those but decided not to price or not. The homie Lost is about to put them to the test soon I'm sure he wil give his finding

I'm gonna do 15 or 16x8 +20-25. Maybe wider if I can find the right combo.

sooooo i just got back from picking up my frontend from Roadway Express.. and yes my Hood is also fucked to hell and back. Rear DS corner is bent and also the front corner is squared off. Not including all the golf ball size dents, and the bumper has a large bubble in the top middle and a crack on the side.. Only thing that was in good condition was the fenders which i didnt even plan to use since i didnt want side markers, i accepted it, but it was noted the damage and i plan to take pics tmw and send them to the seller because the packing job was quite less than steller, and hopefully i can get something back out of this, Do not ship with RoadWay. Go with DHL or Fedex and when packaging things when you think its enough bubble wrap multiply what you have by 5-10. Damnit.

damn sounds like you guys would be better off just buying a plane ticket, flying over to Japan and stuffing one in a box yourself with all this hassle
