1. Sticks out like .5" further then the US one to accommodate for the Rear bumper which also sticks out .5" further then the US rear bumper.
Basically the same concept as for the front bumper and filler piece
2. I thought there was teo but I guess I covered it all in 1.

Think of it like this. Put your EF9 bumper on you car w/out the EF9 filler piece.
It will look the same way in the back
Plus you lose the option of opening your trunk with your key because the key hole is like 2 inches further to the right
