i still want to hear from someone running this setup. not gc technical support/sales. their job is to sell it not to tell me what noises it may make down the line. i want input from someone who has driven this setup, not the guy on the phone paid to sell it.

specifically i want to hear from someone with an ed/ee/ef. our shock travel is substantially different than that of an eg which is the more common road race vehicle of choice.

any one want to buy some koni yellows. new in box. 88/si-r fitment.

cost effectiveness and the fact that i don't need adjustable damping has swayed my decision to get teh picperformance apex setup. that and they are driving distance from me so i can just go there and figure out my spring rates and have tehm assembled and not have to deal with any shipping bs.

I found a crx for sale yesterday. They're only asking $1,500 but sadly I've only got about a grand atm. It was blue and a 5 speed. Only rust was around the corners of the tail lights. Needed a new hood but was still pretty clean.

I took the number but ripped it up in fear I'd call it and do something stupid like buy it or something.

hahah.... i drank some german wine (comes in a blue bottle). it was alright but i have had better

 

Sorry it took so long to post back, no driveway noises. they ride nice and are great except for shitty roads. but thats a givin on any good suspension. I personally would recommend the GC setup. The only problem about the poping is cause one of the rubber bushings that go ontop of the spring stick to the spring keeping it up and not on the bottem coil. but some grease or a zip tie will help that. I don't know about the skunk thing tho cause i don't have skunks.

 

I drank 40s of Colt 45 last night Seriously though, I did. My tax return came in the mail today...

EDIT: and I'm only getting back a whopping 9$ from GA and $233 from Uncle Sam. ****!
