yeah but (again coming form eg land) the stuff you have to buy for it to function properly you might as well just get a clean ls swap with a tranny

not true. i used DA mounts before, no problems.

I swapped my buddys eg

he wants a b20 ok fine.
one you need a tranny.
two you need a intake manifold.
three you might as well get a TB cause the stock b20 tb suck
four timing side steel mount that attaches to the block has to be from an integra
a header cause the CRV manifold doesnt work
you dont have to but the b20 crank pulley is rediculious
then you have to source the rest of the mounts if you (EG) civic ones arent any good and a rear triangle mount from a DC2 (in a EG)
theres more
clutch/fw but id do those anyway
cause most crvs were auto and the 2wd 5 spd was cable shifted

if I was b20 swapping a EG again id scratch it and buy a 94-01 ls motor complete for much less money

The old HCP mounts were a set of adapters for DA mounts. My roommate has them on his CRX.

Just use all the old LS parts?

sorry I stand corrected...I always just heard of people using the frame pockets from a sir or mount kits well I might buy that ls swap for $600 that my friend told me about after all
