ok more detailed answer
90-91 have door mounted seat belts. 88-89 are piller mounted. Older door panels don't have a hole to accomodate the indoor seatbelt. So you would have to take out your whole seat belt mount to use older model door cards/panels.
You could do what I did and just buy some 88-89 doors or you can remove the seat belt mount from the door itself but that out of my league and I don't know how to do all that.

oh an my rims are MOMO mesh rims.</TD></TR></TABLE>

this is completely 100% wrong and i hope the big gnarly guy sees my answer before he takes vega's as gospel.

correct answer =
only 88 is chassis mounted. 89-91 are door mounted. however all the door panels are interchangeable. the door is still the same size.

you CAN NOT swap doors back and forth between the 2, because the jamb is different shaped.

god damn vega youre going to **** some people up doing that ****.

My solution to that problem is harnesses and no door panels.

Actually 88-89 are pillar mounted as far as I know. My '89 was anyway.

all 88 are chassis mounted and 89 hf
all &gt;88 minus the hf are door mounted. You can use 88 doors on any crx u just need to fab up the seat belt mounts. I dont think u can make &gt;88 work on an 88 crx but the vise versa is true.

yes if you want to put 90 doors on an 88 rex you have to beat the door jamb into submission.

just ask dohc_c-rex. he will about cry when he thinks about how he mangled his 88 door jambs.

Yeah, but nobody wants to put the heavier door-mounted-seatbelt doors on their 88. Everyone wants to do it the other way around

For every nice honda, there are 10 riced out ones. Oh well. Hopefully the snow plows will fix their altezzas this winter. I bought my zc hood from hmotors. I kinda had to convince steve to crate it up and ship it. He only wanted to sell it local in CA.

When I find another clean SiR hood I'm going to request that it is crated. Bubble wrap and cardboard won't cut it.
