I went drag racing for the second time in my life, and once again it proved I cant launch worth a ****.

Car weighs 2090lbs and makes 160whp (motor b16a). My fastest time of the day was 15.4@93mph (which was luck cuz I was running high 15s and 16s all night ), but my car seems to boggle off of the time each time. Am I launching to low (below 2.5k)?!? Also, I had a run that my trap speed was 1mph higher, but a 1sec slower than my best time for the night HELP PLEASE!!!

Isn't that Doublethink's car? I saw it in the FS section looking for a rex for a friend. It looked like a good deal. Welcome back to being a CRX owner.

BTW those K series guys on here. I got to see the Kinsler ITBs in person this weekend. I went to this import event at National Trail down in C-Bus, and k20a.org member: Drag was there with his K Insight. Watched him rip a 10.2@129mph with it. He was very knowledgeable, and from the looks of things, and what the guy from Kinsler was telling me, I think they will fit all they need to do is angle them down like 5 deg max. The Insight was amazing too. He is using a CRV motor, and head. It is just ported like crazy, and he is using single lobe vtec killer cams. He told me that motor made 351whp. It sounded amazing, and really moved.

Ive been looking into a front upper strut bar.. i was wondering if anyone had any opinions on the carbing type I bar with the MC brace? does the MC brace help? is the PWJDM bar better? i dont want a bar that has any pivot points..

Just celebrated our 12 year wedding anniversary this past weekend! Jacuzzi suite and my sexy *** wife, damn it was a good weekend. LOL. Gotta love a woman in stripper heels, lol. She's an awesome wife.

And on a side note, went and test drove a S2000 this weekend as well, damn that is a nice ride. But I have a feeling I'll hold onto the CRX and Civic until I get some more work on the house done.

I am everywhere Ben. Seriously though, I've gone to 6 car related events in the past 7 weeks, I am getting burned out. The event yesterday was kinda lame-o. I was only there for like 2hrs. Luke's car was about the only thing worth seeing. The DA K powered show car was sweet, but I'm not much of a show car guy. There was a three rotor turbo third gen seven there too. It was kinda nasty. The super clean 1g DSM that was white on white Volks, that was getting hella nasty on the track I love that car, I wanna see what it will do if it gets a clean run off. Other than that mostly just gay *** Ohio rice, and 16 sec crxes making me ashamed that I drove my HF there.

lucky you! I was actually at a Prebid walkthru for an HVAC project at my Almamader (sp?). It was depressing to think that i was a freshman 7 years ago, yikes!
