F*ck man ain't it the truth though? F*cking bitchass female cop pulls me over prooobably cause she saw the DOHC VTEC badge and asked me questions like "Is there anything illegally modified with your car?" told her naw I just bought the car not even a week ago and it passed smog with flying colors. She straight up asked me a series of bullshit questions and at the very end got slapped with a running of a stop sign ticket outta no where?
Yeah seriously right? I mean I want my car to atleast have fresh paint, niceass suspension, and better interior than this leather GSR interior. Cops around where I live will pull you over for just about anything if you drive an import or either that I have the shittiest luck with owning one. Cause I drove a truck around for almost 3yrs and never got pulled over and all of a sudden I get another import and bam harassment from the f*cking police. Thanks man I've put in a good amount of time and research into my CBR and love it the way it is for now... I'm aiming for 170whp so there's a few more mods I gotta do to get there and retune it.

true **** I have an old school yota truck for a daily 5 percent tint all around except front windshield, no front plate, left tail light out and just when i think I'm gonna get pulled over nothing happens. What exhaust do you have on the bike?

For real... My 08 Tacoma was murdered the f*ck out with limo tint all around too, no front plate, blinding *** HID's, and I even pulled up behind a squad car before thinking I was gonna get a ticket for my lighting. Boom the pig does nothing but drives off faster so he can get away from my lights. It's a Leo Vince GP Pro EvoII slip on.

Well I was thinking about just running a complete ITR top end. Meaning the head, the stock ITR intake manifold, would that work? Cause I'm trying to look "stock" as much as possible to eyes of a police officer and I was thinking about the route you just said Jeff but I'm afraid a manifold saying "Skunk2" won't help out the build I had in mind.

just make sure you get that one and your set. no need to to waste the money on the itr head for maybe like an extra 1 or two hp. over the same set up on the gsr head. it needs to be the skunk2 intake mani, not the skunk2 pro series. that one would cause issues.

So anxious here. Got some Functions on the way and with my car coming out of the shop soon makes it very hard to sleep lol. This thread is picking up once again. Cranberry, what model hatch are you looking for or does it not matter? I spent a long time just waiting to find my Si. Took long but I did it.
I just stared at this pic for 10 mins straight. I miss it like crazy. I can't imagine what it must be like for you guys that have sold yours.

Damn, is that trimmed or have you had that part of the dash flocked? Either way, s2k cluster is tight!
Now i understand your reasons for lettin the hatch go charlie, its a shame you had to do it. But as you say, onto bigger and better things! Your bike is nice, i've always wanted a bike but my wife says "hell naw" lol! My cousin has a cbr 600ft, he's had that for his first year since he got his license, but he's lookin to upgrade to an 04/05 cbr 600rr.
I never knew you guys had such tight laws with your cars. We get a smog test every year, but people take their test pipes out and swap their cats back in before the test, easy pass! Cops here dont really know what to look for when it comes to cars over here.

Yeah cops in SoCal actually went to school about swapped Honda's... The first time I got my car impounded the officer pointed out 15 different things not "stock" about my swap. He even told me they went to school for this kinda sh*t.

yeah the school thing is a joke. i got held up over my single cam vtec. chp told me it was the wrong motor for my car. i laughed and two hours later i ended up talking to his boss and his boss let me go and told me he was sorry that his officer thought he knew what he was talking about.

haha...they didn't go to school. it was more like a class to go over a booklet that officers were given to show what kinds of modifications to look for and what they generally look like. Majority of the officers didn't even get the training or booklet, was usually like a set team/division.

ill tell you this. i dont have a number..dont care either. im just glad to see this thing hopping again. you ar not gaining any ground by asking every other day if you are in. also mot of these "og" guys arent going to tell you what you need to put on your car to get in..why?? because it.s your car. do you not to get into a "squad". by the looks of your sig that is kind of the point you are trying to address.
sorry for the rant but just chill. dont ask..ive not asked for a number. id rather keep communication with the hopes of one day meeting in person. thats a whole lot "cooler" to me than having squad #s in my sig.

But honestly Egezzy couldn't have said it better... It really doesn't matter anymore due to the fact that almost 90% of the members on the list don't even post up anymore which is a recurring problem when recruiting new members. Although I wish I could say we should definitely revise the thread/Squad, but the fact of the matter is there's history in this old *** thread. So whether we add more members or boot old members it doesn't even really matter anymore cause it seems as if we've lost our edge in terms of being an actual Squad. Back in the day it was a whole lot better and not to say that it isn't dope now but we've lost the foundation to the Squad. I got a shitload of stickers too but ain't no one buying em, haha. Just keep yourselves updated in the thread and like Egezzy said just let yourself be known to everyone arouhd here that way we can build a bond.
