Pit crew sounds cool! My friend has the same setup, im round there all the time to hang out. His main ride is a beast! NA1 NSX Turbo built by HKS Japan! He imported it from japan in 2006, runs roughly 400bhp...

Like Jeff said I won't be going K-series either because for one it costs too damn much to do even if you were to DIY. You're looking at 7-8k after everything is said and done which IMO isn't worth it, would rather build a sick B-series with that kinda money. Also I like having AC so more than likely imma stick with my B-series and either boost or keeping it stock, not sure yet. Or just do all the necessary bolt ons and tune it from there cause now a days I don't care about power too much cause I have a 160whp Honda CBR1000RR that's enough power for me, lol. My plans for my DC2 are just to beef up the suspension, paint it a Mercedez Benz(deep black)black w/ shaving of the moldings, complete ITR interior and go from there only cause I'm done with all the bullshit cops have been giving me. Even got a ticket the first weekend of owning the car(long story but cops around here hate imports).

same here. It aint worth the hassle being fast having no a/c getting pulled over all the time for bs. I really can't wait once my teg is outta the body shop to see how fast i will get pulled over for random ****, my motor will be all stock waiting for a cop to pop my hood. Yeah once I got a motorcycle it changed my outlook on building my car/cars to go fast. That's a nice bike, I love cbr's. I need to get insurance and registration for my r6.

 

i rather let other people get in trouble over having that ****. all my parts will have their carb # and have a bar sticker for the motor.

F*cking bitchass female cop pulls me over prooobably cause she saw the DOHC VTEC badge and asked me questions like "Is there anything illegally modified with your car?" told her naw I just bought the car not even a week ago and it passed smog with flying colors. She straight up asked me a series of bullshit questions and at the very end got slapped with a running of a stop sign ticket outta no where?

Yeah seriously right? I mean I want my car to atleast have fresh paint, niceass suspension, and better interior than this leather GSR interior. Cops around where I live will pull you over for just about anything if you drive an import or either that I have the shittiest luck with owning one. Cause I drove a truck around for almost 3yrs and never got pulled over and all of a sudden I get another import and bam harassment from the f*cking police. Thanks man I've put in a good amount of time and research into my CBR and love it the way it is for now... I'm aiming for 170whp so there's a few more mods I gotta do to get there and retune it.

Phantom Grey came off of stock us EG's right? And daaang no wonder those tires look a little stretched.

 

yes you are right - although there is a slight variance in Phantom Grey (different paint codes) over the years. My '92 eg was originally PG but resprayed a '94 PG

wheels are 16x7 & I am running 10mm spacers up front to clear the RL calipers. I picked that size tire to try to keep overall sizing correct

 

Oh I see thought that named sound familiar but the paint on your car looked nothing like the Phantom Grey I've seen over the years.

Oh for real? I'm running 16x7 Regamasters and went with 205/50 to get a full body tire. I was gonna run a 205/40 too but wanted a more thicker sidewall.

 

I think the painter used a black base & oem uses a purple... I don't know if there is any truth to it, but it came out nice in my opinion. We'll see about the tires - just something I got a deal on a while back.

 

Yeah that's what it looks like but I don't know cause regardless of what your painter did it came out sick!
