Whats up Guys.... Havent been on in a while... Been super busy with work and school, hope everyone is doing alright.

Anyways... My car got keyed so I'm getting the car painted in the next few weeks, I've already started pulling some parts off... Took off my CE's, already got my spoon mirrors fixed from being keyed, pulled my intake and plug cover and pulled out my recaros so now im rocking one stock Eg seat lol... Pretty weird considering that since I've had the car (3 Years) it hasnt had stock seats in it... It rides sooo much different... didnt realize the stock eg seats sit up so high. I'm going back with the same color... New Formula Red and I'm gonna keep the roof black and do it Berlina off the S2000. I bought a new OEM Front bumper from honda, New OEM Side moldings, New OEM Roof Rails, and New OEM Windshield Moldings about 2 years ago and its just been sitting in storage waiting for the day it gets repainted. I'll probably be posting pictures of it going through the stages.

Sorry i've not been on in ages, well more like 18 months! Took a real big step back from the game for the past while, and im afraid to say my eg6 is no longer with me. Work commitments meant i never got to use it, infact in 2008 it was out of the garage no more than 3 times, and on those occasion it never even tasted sweet tarmac as i didnt have mot/tax/insurance for it.

It was sitting getting dusty and i thought i'd sell it so someone else could actually use it. Here's what it looked like shortly after i sold it, the new owner had it fully resprayed in granada black pearl and chose a custom bronze/copper colour for his jdm racing sparco NSii's, i think he's doing the car justice. I think this is how it should still be rolling today somewhere up north of me...



Before i sold it i bought my new car, an 03 Accord Type S (Acura TSX) with a 6pd stick shift! I had been driving that for the past year with an aem short ram intake on until 2 days ago, when things gota little more interesting...

I am happy to say i now have 2 daughters, Aliyah who was born in 2006, and little Zara who came along in 2008, and they both like rolling hard, along with my wife sofia, in their little Recaro car seats.

I guess now someone will take over my elusive No. 10 spot in the eh squad list, its cool, i wont mind.

I'm doing good just working full time managing an automotive collision/mechanical repair shop.

Recently picked up the DC2 and it came exactly the way it was minus the wheels, lug nuts, and mud flaps. It's pretty much a stock GSR with goodies here and there but the motor is 100% virgin with 152k miles!

 

lookin good charlie. i'm working on getting an other hatch. very hush hush on the details till it all goes thru.

 

Yea Man thats me... It definitely sucks but like you said, hopefully they get what they deserve. I'll be sure to keep yall posted on the cars progress. Cant WAIT till it has fresh paint.

How bad was it keyed Kegan? You've always wanted a paintjob but like I always said, it was fresh as is. Everyone could use a fresh coat but its not like your paint had oxidation in the root and no shine like mine ahha. Your paint looks quite good in pictures but you say its not that good so I'll take your word for it. I should be getting mine back sometime next week like wednesday/thursday?

Life's been good, hard work but good. This bastard global recession has put business down a bit but im still soldiering on, nothing else for it.

How you finding life being a dad? It changes your whole world perspective when you've got a wee baby to look after. I love my wee girls sooooooooo much, i love buying them crazy wee pink nike and adidas sneakers, along with other wee presents.

What did you name your wee boy? I hope you got him a baby recaro car seat for when you go out in the car!

Another hatch...? Do you still have your teal hatch, the one above running 4x114's. I ended up selling my itr wheels as i never got round to doin the hub swap.

When i first saw your teg i though you might've done the jdm front end swap on the teg just because you work in a bodyshop! Either way it looks proper fresh and clean, loving the rims dude. I've wanted a teg for ages but my wife would kick my *** if i bought a 2 door coupe, hence the accord. Still K24's pull no to bad for such a heavy bish! lol!

i sold that poor car. it was full of bad luck for me. so i'm fixing to get another hatch. got something up my sleeve.

 

Pretty good man just working a lot! Umm had to sell the damn car it was bringing me down a lot especially with the police.

Hahahaha yeah because we grew as a family I guess you could say I think it's only fair that everyone that was in the Squad from the get go keeps their spots.

But yeah I tried for years to find a clean virgin GSR for sale but it was hard so luckily I was able to come up on this one which didn't really have many mods but a virgin motor.

Dan has been busy with work too at a tuner shop called Pit Crew here in Los Angeles area. Last time I was at his house which was almost a year ago his hatch is still sitting on this Beta's but I think he kinda lost his passion for the EG like most people after owning it for many years. Glore and Yoshi will pop up every now and then, I still keep in contact with Yoshi over the phone or AIM.

I'm getting ready to cut into a local fella's 97 Integra fenders. I do side marker installs on the side for some extra $$$

 

Well it's only really noticable in 2 spots, on the driver door it went all the way through. On the driverside pillar above the window is pretty bad too. The worst of all the damage though was to my spoon mirrors, they were awful, thankfully I got them recleared and u can't even tell they were keyed. The paint does shine very well but it's hard for a picture to pick up paint imperfections, who ever had previously painted my car definitely did not prep it well. I don't believe any body work was done to the car at all, so since it's been in my possession it's needed some body work. Luckily I've got a great fellah/painter painting my car, it's gonna be a ton of work.

 

That sounds interesting buddy, something crazy like a k20 build perhaps? Either way i'll be sure to keep an eye out for it on here

 

Thats good to hear most folk are still about. Still a shame that CA cops givin you a hard time, enough to sell the hatch. But i have to say your teggy looks sweet, white regas on black wingless is a cool ride!

Pit crew is a cool name for a garage, i take it its a modifying garage/tune up/service/parts garage. Like a one stop shop for modifiers. Would be cool to see updated pics of daniels hatch.

Glad to hear glore and yoshi are still around too.
