B20 or even a LS motor with a gsr or B16 trans would be cheap and get the job done.

one of my buddies has a k in his integra. he autoxs. there was a guy with aero and junk with a k at expo. umm allen runs h1 and at autobahn south he ran like 5 seconds faster but he is on r comps better pads etc obviously. a guy from louisville goes into t1 at putnam around 142 in his cam.d k hatch. i go in at a bit over 110. so yes k series move out. do you need one if you want to autox or track. no. if you are doing it for fun..then yeah do it. if you want to become a better driver. no. do it if you want gabe to make a trip out and school you in a nonvtec b series. lol.

spring rates. different top hats. front uca. take off the f7 rear lca and back to oem itr. arbs or just arb havent made my mind up. lol. going to try to get rid of the slips and go with 7s on all 4 corners. if i do so i will go to 225 on all 4s also. and as for pads i dont know which ones i will be going with yet. i have gotten alot of feedback but i have awhile to decide. im pumped though..there are alot of corners now where i am like "ohhhh shhhhh...." hoping they will grab. lol. if money is available i will get some typeR cams and s300 or some sort of ems.

i do good keeping up with alot of cars on track but as soon as we hit the straight it gets ugly. lol.

here is a link to my first event this year. i think around 8 or 9 minutes a gtr goes by. i saw him coming out of 8 when i was going into 9 so when i came out of 10 i moved over. i never once lifted and you can see how fast he goes by. if you judge by the distance he has on me going into t1 i keep the gap except for the couple small straights but he doesnt just roll out.

Exactly. But my daughter, as young as she is...is into cars. She loves all my cars and always wants to ride in them and likes hanging out when I work on them. So I cant complain at all.

 

if ia is the same weekend as wmhm then skip ia and do wmhm. great event.
