Jesse told me the prices. They are all like 1/3rd of the quotes Ive received down here. Im gonna try again on my new car and see what they tell me since it requires a lot less work. Hell, I might do some of my own prep. I have metal filler and Im almost certain they will use bondo. Ehhh....

I went mudding today. Not on purpose. I drove to my uncle and aunt's ranch in Okemah, OK and boy oh boy. I had my wheel turned 90 degrees and I was going straight. It was actually a lot of fun. My splash guards weren't splash guards anymore, they had become brown blobs that puked brown stuff all over the side of my car.

Carolina is Good man... Glad we finally got some warm weather... Its 60 Degrees right now... After I get a few things done today im gonna take the Hatch out for a drive and roll the windows down. I was down in Florida the week before last with a friend, we were in Ocala and the day we left it was definatey sleeting... I was Pissed, I left SC to get away from the Cold and it was Colder in Florida... WTF

Yeah man the weather was no joke here the past few weeks. I actually had to turn the heat on in my house, was the first time in the two years I've lived there. Next time your down come a little more south.

 

Louisiana. Its cool though. I just got a quote and its great. Just got some other things to tool out on the car before I send it in. I'm gonna tear my engine bay apart and clean it up along with my under carriage. And yes, its getting redone in FW.

Someday my hatch will be converted to R81...I miss that color so much.

 

Someday mine will be Captiva Blue Pearl.

 

Well I already own a FW and PBG hatch. The next one if I ever get the chance is gonna be either Phantom Grey or Canary Yellow. Captiva Blue Pearl is also one of my favs.

Keeping mine Granada black pearl, plus its cheaper to get a respray and its a nice color. Canary yellow is the best color ever ahhaa but a more laidback color would be captiva, its one of my favs.

Im glad that the EG got some awesome colors stock. Just about every color on the hatchbacks were hot.

Granada black, captiva blue, milano red,and frost white to name a few.
