Wait, I thought that I had it twisted? It was 105, on Saturday with paddock asphault temp being 145+. Sunday, it was 91 with paddock temps 125+.
I thought that my work computer had a SD slot, guess not. I don't have my USB cable, so video to be put up tomorrow. This video is well worth the wait, it was the only session that I recorded. Well, that "worked", one session, the GoPro fell in my lap, and the other, when I went to turn it off, it froze up.
The recorded session was awesome. They set up their run groups nice. Advanced group only has like 10 people in it, but the instructors can run it as well. The schedule made it easier for the instructors to run with us. There was tons of traffic, I was chasing that Porsche, that I posted on Facebook. I pass a body-kitted race Celica on the inside on t8 and a Miata on the outside of t9. I pass a lot of other cars, but they give up the corner before we get there. I wish that I could have posted it, today, but good things happen to those who wait. haha.

Yeah...no rear seats or trunk liner is fine...but it needs to have a front/rear dash & front/rear door panels and stuff to be SM legal. Otherwise if it's fully gutted...it moves up to a "Prepared" class.

He's "sayin" that Warwick police are a bunch of pussies because they impounded his car and was laughing at their faces. Also that the police thought that he wouldn't be able to retrieve it by taking his drivers license with them however he is laughing at their faces even more since he retrieved his "bubble" the next morning. He "locked it up" or raced a Subaru, and then proceeded to a Dunkin' Donuts' location before merging onto the highway and getting pulled over for no suspension and a Passenger? Lol
Never enough SHG, not even at work!

The entire group talks like that it's pretty funny.

Well, here it is, watch the whole thing. A ton of "action", fun session, probably one of my favorites.

Yeah 6'' and I weight about 160 but came back at 170
I'm just easing into it. Doing pushups and pull ups a bit every day and Ill be hitting the gym soon. Just trying to get rid of fat and gain some muscle mainly in my abs, chest, biceps/triceps, shoulders, calves and thighs. Gotta look good for the summer.
Not only that but as always my biggest desire is just to be fit in terms of stamina. I used to see just about everyone at the gym just doing weights but they always bitched out when it came time to running in the treadmill. They would barely even do 5 minutes of warmup cardio lol. So I'm going to be shooting for 155 by the summer (yes I do realize how much that is but with the muscle gain and fat loss it should be around there.

Weighed myself this morning at 157lbs woot! I kept my goal even f it wasn't too crazy, it was done in a pretty healthy rate. The new goal will be to weight 150. Building some muscle here slowly but surely. Where do you guys stand?

Try and find a gym that has a challenge program...so you can get set on a schedule that works.
I haven't weighed myself, in awhile. I have played ball, some, recently. LA Fitness doesn't really show out a lot of talent. So, the fat, old, white guy can get in there and get some running in. Normally, I try to look for the guy who isn't going to do much to make the defensive side easier. In turn, that makes my offensive side look better due to the conserved energy.
Well, last night, it was a bunch of "in shape" kids. I guard the one that I know doesn't really have a shot and I can play off and defend the drive. It worked well, he did a ton of "crissing and crossing", but not a lot of forward dribbling. That crap drives me nuts, so I get up on him. Which in turn, I think, pissed him off. So, he tries to D me up. Fouls the living snot out of me, I don't normally talk, but he reached in and almost hit me in the face as he hit me in the chest. So, I gave him a "there you go" as I went by. He keeps D'ing me up, tight. One kid was setting good screens, so I could get through and create for others. So, he started getting a lot of help side D. One time down, I come down with my right hand, I read his reach and spin to my left. In the spin, I go to my left, and he gets help from the wing. So, now I have one on my left and him on my right hip. I go reverse between the legs and split them. I see the help coming from the corner, so I am going to spin right. Then, I see help from the weak side block coming and his man is wide open. So, I start the spin and throw a behind the back bounce pass to this kid for a wide open lay up. Lesson of the day, don't judge a book by it's cover in Indiana. lol. As those kids found out.
