reputable companies usually do it in processes
Its not dipped unless its small enough to fit inside the lil cups and ****
Most bare metals are not able to be gold plated right out so it has to be treated, then copper plated so the gold can stick
Then they electircal charge it, then gold plate it with a thin layer of gold.
You can actually buy a gold plating kit and do it yourself.

Thas about all I know about gold plating Auto Parts.
same process they use when they gold plate eblems for Lexus and Honda so so forth.</TD></TR></TABLE>

sounds like you know alot about plating i know nothign about that haha..

he says it real so i guess its real, them lugs are valued wayy more then your mf10l id be afraid someone will steal those more then the wheels itself if i was you

Let me recap the past 4 pages for anyone that hasn't been reading...

Being nice increases your credibility, while being a douche nozzle decreases it.

Hung posts pictures of a strange steering wheel and no one questions it's authenticity.

Dana complains that we don't find high enough value in his USDM tipped exhaust.
Casey starts name calling and no one really even acknowledges him.

Hi everyone!

Beav, my steering wheel looks exactly like yours, except years older and more old and used and raggy. I have the $2 hooker of Mugen steering wheels.
